Level up your training. Build power, precision, and control. The Intermediate Kettlebell Progression Program is where strength meets skill. This 4-day-per-week program takes your training beyond the basics by introducing complex, dynamic movements that challenge your coordination, endurance, and focus. Each workout is designed to build strength, conditioning, and flow. You’ll move through multi-joint, full-body circuits that combine classic lifts with athletic progressions, designed to test balance, stability, and rotational strength. Expect to sweat, think, and move like an athlete as you refine your technique and push your limits. You’ll need two kettlebells of the same weight, but having additional bells in different weights will allow you to adjust intensity and keep progressing week after week. This program is for those who are comfortable with basic kettlebell movements and are ready to elevate their performance, power, and control.
