This 3-day-per-week training series is designed to help you build strength, coordination, and balance while learning how to move safely and efficiently with kettlebells. These kettlebell workouts blends full-body exercises that challenge your stability and control while reinforcing proper form through all planes of motion: forward and backward, side to side, and rotational. You’ll move through structured circuits that focus on strength, endurance, and functional movement patterns you’ll use every day. You’ll only need one kettlebell to begin, though having two or more in different weights is highly recommended for variety and progression. Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or returning to training after time off, this program will help you establish a strong foundation that sets you up for long-term success.
