This 5-day-per-week program combines advanced strength training, double kettlebell work, and high-intensity flows that challenge every aspect of your fitness: strength, speed, coordination, and endurance. Each workout delivers a balance of power and control through structured circuits and dynamic flow sequences. You’ll move seamlessly from strength-based lifts to explosive transitions and rotational patterns that demand focus, timing, and total-body connection. These sessions are designed to push you past plateaus and unlock a new level of athleticism. You’ll need two kettlebells of the same weight to complete this program. Having more kettlebells in different weights is strongly encouraged to scale your load and optimize progression across training days.
